This is a RTS (ready to ship) tumbler. This tumbler is a 24 oz tumbler wrapped with some beautiful pumpkins and burgundy flowers. There is burgundy glitter added to the bottom to match.  It is then covered with epoxy to protect the tumbler and to keep the glitter from coming off.
