This is a RTS (ready to ship) tumbler. This tumbler is a 24oz tumbler. There is silver and purple glitter applied and a vinyl plaid decal. Then pinstripes are added. There is no decal or name, however one can be added for an extra cost. If added, the shipping will be delayed.  It is then covered with epoxy to protect the tumbler and to keep the glitter from coming off.
